Lactowell Refund and Returns Policy (100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee)
1) Our guarantee
Lactowell provides a 100-day satisfaction guarantee for eligible purchases made exclusively on this website. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 100 days of your original order date. This guarantee provides parents with peace of mind when stocking up for their child's health.
2) Eligibility and Limits
To ensure this policy remains fair for all customers, the following conditions apply:
- One-Time Use: This guarantee is available once per customer or shipping address every 12 months.
- Multi-Box Requirement: This satisfaction guarantee applies to orders of more than one (1) box. Since we only refund factory-sealed items, single-box orders are ineligible for a refund once the seal is broken.
- Opening Limit: If you order multiple boxes, you may open exactly one (1) box to try the product.
- Full Return Requirement: You must return the entire order to us. This includes the single opened box used for your trial and all remaining unopened boxes.
3) Refund Basis
Refunds are calculated based on the number of unopened, factory-sealed boxes returned to our facility.
- Sealed Items: We refund the purchase price of unopened boxes that pass our verification.
- Opened Items: The single opened box required for the return is non-refundable.
- Security Inspection: All returned items undergo a security check. We cross-reference batch numbers and packaging integrity to protect against counterfeit exchanges.
4) Fees and Shipping
Customer Responsibility: The customer handles all shipping, handling, and potential import charges. These must be prepaid.
Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are excluded from the refund.
Tracking: We require the use of a tracked shipping service. You remain responsible for the items until they are signed for at our warehouse.
5) Verification Requirements
To start a return, please provide the following:
- Your original order number and email.
- A clear photo of every box in the order.
- A close-up photo confirming that the boxes intended for refund are still factory-sealed.
6) Processing and Verification
Once your return arrives, our team will verify the authenticity of the product using our internal batch tracking system. Any returned items that fall outside our unique order records or show signs of tampering will result in a rejected refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
7) Exclusions
This policy is void in the following cases:
- The request is made after the 100-day window.
- The items were purchased from a third-party seller or a different website.
- The batch numbers on the returned boxes differ from the records for your specific order.
- More than one box in a multi-box order has been opened.
